Therapy to Guide You Towards a Healthy and Fulfilling Sexual Life
If you want a more satisfying and healthy sexual life,
therapy can help.
You deserve to have a pleasurable sex life where you can talk freely with your partner(s) about your sexual needs and desires without shame…and ultimately get your needs met.
Perhaps your sex life is unsatisfying or confusing.
Or, maybe you are exploring your sexuality and want to become more confident and aware of what your body wants and needs.
You may be coming out as a LGBTQI person and need assistance in navigating your relationship with family and friends.
Who can benefit from working with me?
As a sex positive, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapist I work with people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures (e.g. polyamorus and non-monogamous).
Sexual Health Leads to Over All Health
Unfortunately, society doesn’t teach you how to have healthy conversations around sexual health. You may have internalized messages that leave you feeling shame, guilt, and embarrassment about yourself as a sexual being.
If your sexual desires conflict with messages about who you are supposed to be attracted to and what we are supposed to enjoy, you might feel confused or that there is something ‘wrong’ with you.
As your therapist, I provide a safe space to explore your fears as well as conflicting thoughts, feelings, and beliefs you may have surrounding your sexuality and sex. I welcome all questions or concerns you may have.
