I provide in office support and therapy for Non Binary, Gender Queer and Transgender Adolescents and Adults. I can work with you to explore your gender identity and to develop and pursue your goals.

For clients who are interested in hormonal or surgical interventions, I can provide evaluations and letters of recommendation when needed.

Families Transition Too

I am resource for families adjusting to the news of loved one coming out as transgender. I can assist the family with their own transition as they learn to better understand and support their loved one.

Are you a parent wondering how to help your child?

If you are like most parents, when your child first comes to you and says they are transgender, or non binary, you may not know where to turn for guidance, or where to find more information.

I work with parents all the time as they navigate the whirlwind they often experience when their child comes out as transgender. You may have little to no information about what this means or what to do.

Every one is different. Every family is different.

The most important thing to do is to let your child know you love them and that you are grateful they felt safe enough to tell you. It is completely ok to be honest with them that you don’t have any knowledge about what this means and that you need time to do some research and get support.

Our sessions will provide a private space for you to ask questions and deal with your own feelings around your child’s identity.
